Why Somebody’s Everything Exists
Somebody’s Everything was created from a belief that remembrance should be personal, meaningful, and handled with care. Behind every memorial is a life, a story, and a family navigating one of the most difficult moments they will face. This work exists to honour those stories with dignity, intention, and respect.
A Personal Understanding of Loss
Experiencing loss early in life shaped the way I understand remembrance. Becoming a solo parent at a young age after the passing of my daughter’s mother brought grief into focus in a way that never leaves you. It changes how you see time, memory, and the importance of holding on to what matters.
That experience didn’t define me, but it did quietly guide the path I chose — one rooted in empathy, patience, and care for others walking a similar road.
From Craft to Purpose
With over 20 years of experience in the sign and display industry, my background is grounded in design, precision, and craftsmanship. Over time, that technical skill evolved into something more meaningful — creating memorials that reflect personality, story, and love.
Through designing and producing casket wraps, plaques, memorial art, and personalised tributes, I’ve seen how thoughtful design can provide comfort. The process itself has become healing, not only for families, but for me as well and that shared sense of care is something I value deeply.
How I Approach Memorial Work
Every memorial is approached as a collaboration, never a transaction. Families are guided gently, never rushed, and each piece is treated as unique. This work is not about templates or volume, it is about listening, understanding, and creating something that feels right.
